Brief Answer:
Your liver is likely fine, recommended ultrasound and liver function test

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. If your liver function test was done 18 months back and things were good then your liver function is probably fine.

2. Taking Adderall is less likely to damage your liver if taken in recommended dose.

3. Medicine Xanax does not cause any adverse reactions affecting the liver if your liver test 18 months back is normal.

In conclusion, there is less chance of liver damage if liver test was normal 18 months back. However you can get an ultrasound abdomen and do blood liver function test to be certain that you liver is fine.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.
