Thanks for the query.

General anaesthesia is unlikely to delay the periods. However, the stress you may have gone through the surgery can cause some delay in periods. Wait for atleast a week from your due date and see how it goes.

If you have not got your period by then it would be advisable to see a gynaecologist.
