Question: Can using 2 pills of senade (senna) against constipation every evening before bed cause cancer?

Senna does not cause cancer.
It can cause diarrhoea, nausea and Abdominal cramps.

The answer is no, it doesn't cause colon cancer
Longterm use can cause melanosis coli( black pigmentation of the inner long of the colon), which is a harmless condition
