Thanks for posting your query.

Duromine contains phenteramine which is an appetite suppressant drug widely prescribed by doctors to treat obesity. The drug has been very popular among other weight loss pills as it effectively helps obese patients control their appetite by blocking hunger messages to the brain.

Phentermine may be detected in urine for up to two to four days, depending on how quick the body metabolizes the drugs and it can also reveal positive for a substance similar to amphetamines like amphetamine and methylamphetamine.

You should show your prescription for Duromine which can give false positive for amphetamines.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us.

I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.
