Does Drinking Water Affect The Levels Of Akurit Absorption?

Question: sir I am on anti tubular lymphadenitis treatment for last two and half months my doctor told me to take Akurit 3, 4tablets empty stomach early morning.and not to eat anything for at least two hours . today morning I took the medicine but after twenty minutes just felt thirsty hence taken some water .but as doctor told me not to take any breakfast for two hours I am confused that as I have taken water for less than two hours it may effect today's dosage.please anyone can explain will today's dosage be effective

Only substances in food interfere with absorption and effectiveness of Akurit( used to treat tuberculosis) and not water. Because you drank plain water, it wouldn’t have affected the absorption and effectiveness of this drug. Your treatment outcome wouldn’t be compromised because of this.
