Does Consumption Of Amway Nutrilite Protein Help In Weight Loss?

Question: I am female, 54 years, 171 cm, into heavy strength training at a gym, 78 kg and T2D (from 2014). Other than Amway Omega 3, and Herbalife Celluloss, I am on homeopathy medicine for general health.

I want to start with Amway Nutrilite. Can someone suggest me exactly what I should take (of Nutrilite) on a daily basis so that (1) I lose about 5 kgs (2) I don't lose my hard-earned muscles.

- Specific dynamic action (calorie require for digestion) is 30 %, it is high than carbohydrate and fat. So more burning of calorie.
- Protein decrease the craving of food and appetite.
- You should take it with calorie restriction diet to maintain the muscle mass.
- You should take 30-35 % of total calorie intake.
I would suggest to take under the advice of your dietitian.

But avoid the excessive use as it cause kidney damage.
Along with nutrilite take low glycemic food, fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables.
Do regular work out, sleep for 6-8 hour and avoid stress.
