Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

First of all you may continue with drinking coffee and with everyday life activities as long as you are symptomless.

In order to give you a more accurate opinion I would like to check all your examinations. Can you please upload these data for me?

I'm waiting for the requested data.

Hi back,

You should continue with c4 supplement and lisinopril. If you are symptomless you shouldn't worry.

If the symptoms will deteriorate you should go to ER.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

My opinion is that you may take the lisinopril, c4 supplement and continue with moderate weight lifting. As long as your BP is arround 140/80 mmHg you shouldn't worry.

Wish you health!
