Brief Answer:
He should take Clopidrogrel

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
He should skip his Carvedilol today as he has taken your anti hypertensive medicines Lisinopril and Atenolol.
However, he should also take Clopidogrel as that is anti platelet drug and is very important and should not be skipped. Skipping Carvedilol for a day is not going to do any harm. But since Lisinopril , Atenolol and Carvedilol all are anti hypertensives , so there is a chance that his BP might fall, so keep a watch on that.
If everything goes smooth and no adverse effect is seen, from tomorrow you can start with your normal medicines.
Keep your medicines in different boxes labelled by your name.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
