Brief Answer:
Not a serious concern if taken by mistake but please give him clopidogrel

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. Your husband has taken the following pills in error
Lisinopril 10 mg
Atenolol 25 mg
Simvastatin 20 mg
Carvedilol 12.5 mg

2. He should have taken the following medicines
Lisinopril 5 mg
Simvastatin 20 mg
Clopidogrel 75 mg

3. There will be no adverse event if he has taken your medications and carvedilol on a single occasion by mistake. Please do not panic and he can continue taking regular medicines from next dose.

4. You can give him clopidogrel 75 mg which is the missed dose and this is a blood thinner and is an important medicine.

5. Please be cautious and store pills in separately labelled boxes to avoid another accidental consumption of wrong medicine.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
