Brief Answer:
Yes, it is safe to take valest.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi wani.
I will be answering your concerns today.
Tab Valest contains Ethynylestradiol. It is a derivative of hormone estradiol which is a hormone secreted by ovary.
For successful conception, it is important that the endometrium (lining of the uterus) is thick enough. It should be 7 or more mm in thickness. Estradiol is the hormone which makes it thick. Probably in your case on ultrasound examination your doctor must have noticed that endometrial thickness is not adequate. That is why she has prescribed this to improve your chances of conception. Taken in the way she has prescribed it is not going to harm your baby.
I hope I have answered your concerns.
