Does Topomax Help Cure Chronic Migraine?
Question: My wife has been taking Topomax for over 6 months, prescribed to treat chronic Migraine/s. Two days ago, my wife began to experience parathesia in her face, which did not go away. When my wife presented to ed, the doctor told her to discontinue the medication if it still occurred afterwards. The parathesia has not subsided. They said anything like this occurring for over an hour is medically unacceptable. She had her last dose on Saturday morning, it is now Sunday afternoon. Will this be permanent? She also had very hot skin, which is why I initially suggested her to seek help. Really worried about this all...

Would it still be in her system because of Saturday morning? She can't feel her face, and feels like it is numb even though she stopped
