Brief Answer:
Consultation

Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.

There's nothing specific about shakeology's ingredients that should worsen anxiety. However, this is a supplement, and as such has not been tested, evaluated, or regulated by the FDA. This means that they can allow or put anything in there and you don't know what it is. With other supplements this can include things like mercury and other substances that could harm you or interact with other meds. As long as you are aware of this fact and accept that risk, then you can go ahead and try it.
