Mixing Norco (hydrocodone/APA) with Valium (diazepam) can indeed have adverse effects in your age group. It is certainly possible to take these together, and they each have important indications for treatment. However, they can both be sedating, and when taken together can increase risk of falls in persons over the age of 65. These medications can also increase the risk of delirium in this age group.
