Does Hald SR Help In Getting Pregnant?

Question: Hi. .
We are planing for a baby since few months. Doctor advised us to use Hald sr 300 tabs after my ovulation. May i know if these tabs are good enough for me to get conceived soon?

Hald SR is a progesterone medicine given after ovulation. You can safely take it as prescribed by your doctor.

Hsg test is done and result says tubes have free flow. Last month doctor has done scans for me every alternate day till my ovulation. She has given me few injections till i ovulate for the egg to grow. After ovulation she has given neogest tabs. Even after so much of treatment i am not conceived. Im so much worried.
