Hi XXXX, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Piles are haemorrhoids and they are different from the genital warts which are caused by human papilloma virus( HPV).
But they both occur around the anus and can have similar appearance.
Yes, HPV genital warts cause itching, burning sensation and can also cause bleeding.

Hi XXXX, thanks for responding. HPV in genital warts can be cured, if not extensively spread and has reached the blood stream.
For genital warts, various topical medicines like imiquimod, podophyllin and trichloracetic acid can be taken under the prescription of a doctor. If not treated by medicine, then warts can be surgically removed.
There is no definite time in which warts heal, but it does take some time like a month or so.
