Brief Answer:
By HP do you mean hydrogen peroxide?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.

HP could mean many different things in medicine. I will like to know what you refer to s HP. The closest product is hydrogen peroxide and I will like you to confirm that for real this is it.

If hydrogen peroxide is the product of interest, it actually produces greatest amount of oxygen when it comes in contact with body tissue and not water. This is because the enzyme needed to break it down to oxygen and water is most abundant in the body tissues.

The best approach is always to apply it directly to the wound surface. It only makes a difference in heavily infected wounds that need oxygen to kill germs that are not viable in oxygenated milieu.

I hope this helps. I wait your response and open to provide more details to address your query fully.

Brief Answer:
There is no concrete evidence suggesting that!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this follow up precision.

There is no evidence suggesting the use of hydrogen peroxide in these circumstances. I will not recommend them as the results wouldn't be great. I suggest you see a dermatologist and get you toe evaluated and managed accordingly.

I wish you well.
