Does Duvadilan Have Any Side Effects?
Question: Hello Doctor,
I am 31 weeks pregnant. Diagnosed with an intramural fibroid in anterior wall of uterus. Doctor prescribed me Duvadilan Retard 40mg through out pregnancy,one daily starting from 12 weeks. Now he has increased the dosage of tablet from one to two daily as he says my amniotic fluid is little on a lower side. My weight is drastically increasing, 16 Kgs till now.My pulse rate is very high and i get too much pain in my back, lower abdomen and legs, it is so bad that i cannot sleep whole night. Are these side effects of Duvadilan Retard? Please suggest something. I am very upset and scared with my high weight gain and health issues. I do not want to go for C section, please suggest how can i prepare me for a normal delivery.

Thank you for your brief answer Doctor. Please suggest something to get rid of the pain. It is too much, specially at night. Also do you think in my case there are chances of premature delivery, my doctor said so as he says i have fibroid and please suggest something for preparing me for normal delivery, should i start some exercises? If yes, what is that i can do.I have lost all my flexibility, every time i experience is pain and discomfort followed up with extreme fatigue. Please help.
