Does Advil Help Cure Haematoma?

Question: is flying safe while suffering from a haematoma. I fell down the stairs last night and have a very large hematoma/bruise on my right buttox. I have to fly tomorrow for a business meeting. 2x1 hour flights. Any risk?

Haematoma will not be affected by flight journey.You can continue Advil.
Haematoma usually resolves gradually.If there is huge collection,it has to be drained.
