Do Prolapsed Piles Go Away On Its Own Without Surgery?

I am suffering from Prolapsed piles from past 7 months. I had loose motion first then suffered constipation for couple of days, after that I noticed something coming out of anus during motion. I have to push it back after each motion. Tried many medicines but not able to shrink it back. I am using Mayinglong Musk ointment for inner prolapsed piles, it gives releif but did not shrink the hemorrhoid. I want to ask do prolapsed piles ever go away on its own without surgery if I take care of eating habbits. Also, Is there any side effects of ointment like Mayinglong Musk if I use it for long time? How much time it takes to be permanently cured.

I went through your query and attachment and understood your concerns.
1. At your stage of Prolapsed piles, Surgery is the best treatment. Go for stapling method which will allow you to recover very soon post operatively.
2. No drugs can cure this. Even Mayinglong Musk ointment claims to shrink swollen hemorrhoid tissue but not complete cure.
3. Since Mayinglong Musk ointment is naturally available, it is considered as nutraceuticals and hence considered safe. Some people may experience allergic reactions such as rash, itching, swelling etc.
But the main problem is, if not treated in time. Severe pain, infection and gangrene can occur.
4. If surgery you will be cured with in 3-4 days and can start routine activities with in a week.
Mean time take regular fibrous diet with plenty of water, avoid straining and laxatives will help you.

Thanks for the reply. I researched on net and noticed Stapling Surgery has more long-term complication than traditional surgery like Rubber Band etc. Also, I had visited in Delhi Pile Center couple of months ago and the doctor who was there told me that your Hemorrhoids is small in starting stage so it can be cured with cryotherapy. Can you please explain me If I go for any other surgery so what can be the benefit or complication of the surgery. I have no pain no bleeding and sometime it goes back inside in its own. Can you please explain me the difference between the surgeries in this type of case.

Hi,
Hemorrhoids usually presents with bleeding. The chance of more severe bleeding is also present.
You are in stage 3 of hemorrhoids where the hemorrhoids can be pushed back again. Very symptomatic grade III and grade IV hemorrhoids are best treated with surgical hemorrhoidectomy.
Stapled hemorrhoid surgery, is an excellent alternative for treating internal hemorrhoids. Short and medium term results are excellent. It provides an excellent alternative to operative hemorrhoidectomy for patients with minimal external disease and large internal hemorrhoids.
Rubber band ligation and stapled hemorrhoidectomy were equally effective in controlling symptomatic prolapse, but rubber band ligation is associated with an increased incidence of recurrent bleeding. So I prefer stappling for my patients with symptomatic grade III hemorrhoids.
Since non symptomatic stage III even cryotherapy can be used. It all depends on doctors excellence in the procedure and patients preference. You can also try non surgical measures till it becomes symptomatic.
