I read your question and i understand your concern. Drug screening assays are different from hormonal assays and don't show up in it but it would have been better if you explain the hormones test needed and the drugs abused. Then i will be able to help you better whether they will show up or not, normally hormonal screenings do not show up drugs screening unless its the complete blood analysis in which case every thing in blood will show up.
