Do Bubbles In Urine Indicate Urinary Infection?

Question: hi im a bot concerned I had a blood test last week my kidneys come back clear I am on blood pressure tablets & diabetic tablets & I find maybe 1- 2 day I have bubbles in my urine I drink alot of water through the day & I have been having protien bars pls help im worried
