Do Antidepressants Show Up On A Drug Test?

Question: Hi,
My question is about psychiatry, Is there any blood test which gives the details of any anti depressants if consumed.

At present there are no tests that are available commercially that can detect what anti depressants are consumed. Drug screens used in employment screens can detect benzodiazepines used for sleep in depression.

That means with blood test we can know anti depressants are used but not the exact anti depressant used.
Can you please let me know the name of the blood test that needs to be done

Most of these are not available commercially as I have mentioned. These are for research purposes only.

One test URINE DRUG SCREE (available with reputed labs like Dr. Lal Path Lab) can be tried. That can detect benzodiazepines use apart from other substances of abuse.
