Question: Female age - 26 - suffering with Dizziness vomitings motions nose bleed headache - please let me know what is the issue with my health...did the below tests
Haemogram - hemoglobin was 10 and red blood cells was 3.6
Liver funtion test - was under Normal normal range
Reneal funtion test - was under Normal range
Some times will get stomach pain - what ever i eat, it dosnt get digested and its passes almost as is in the stool

Thanks for posting your query.

Putting all the symptoms together it seems that you are some infection and most probably some G.I.Infection.

Particularly in this summer time this type of problem are common.

Please do following which should help.

1. Take light diet
2. Take more of liquids like lemon water, ORS, butter milk,juice etc.
3. Take light diet like curd rice, dal-rice, fruits etc.
4. Take proper rest.
5. Visit a doctor and take treatment for this.
6. Avoid heat and do not go outdoors.

Your investigation are normal except for low hemoglobin, which can be tackle later on.

Having giddiness and vomiting together may be due to some issues with ear.

Please visit a family physician and get your self examined for this. At times due to some infection or otherwise when the fluids in the ear canal gets disturbed you can have problem like this.

Nose bleed in common in summer, may due to dry skin or high outside temperature.

Please move your head slowly and avoid jerks.

After visit to a doctor, your doctor will prescribe a set of antibiotics to cure the problem.

thanks for providing your inputs

I am just worried on this...because of giddiness i fall down many times and if i eat any thing it dosnt get digested and comes out as is in stool.

i tried to check in the sites - basically symptom search and i found both these issues which are similar to my issues

Also today i gave test for tyroid and its normal - my doctor advised to visit neurologist and he advised to visit psychiatrist not sure how is it related...can you please advice me who should i consult with this problem

Another question which i have in my mind- you said as GI infections - i read this note from one of the site as

it says it will go in couple of days but this is existing almost from a month...please advice

Good to hear from you again.

First of all please relax. Please do not worry, you are quite anxious about your health and this can lead to more problems.

Any form of stress and anxiety can always add to the problem in any illness.

I think first of all you please visit a neurophysician.He will look for the any cause related to his specialty and will clear the doubts regarding any major illness, which I think is not there. Still it is better to have that excluded.

After visiting him, if he feels you need help from psychiatrist, then only you visit him. Some form of stress and anxiety is definitely there.

Regarding G.I.infection it can run for months if left untreated.

Still I feel that there is nothing serious otherwise it should have been pick up by your physician.

Sorry, I do not have any personal references in Apollo Hospitals. Still the hospital is good and do visit it.

Thanks for all your support...will visit the doctor accordingly, however can you please advice me for gastreology is that ok to visit Asian Institute of Gastroenterology or Appolo hospital so that i can visit for the same. please advice
