Diagnosed With Dengue Fever. Having Sleepless Night And Itchy Feet. What Should Be Done?

Question: My Daughter Aged 8 years has been Diagnosed with Dengue Fever. Although it has been 7 days since the infection , fever is very less and almost absent but she has very severe itchy feet due to which she is unable to sleep..Is having Cetrizine syrup BD, Omidon Syrup BD, Cyclopam syrup TDS.. Kindly Guide. Rashes now are lesser and very scarce.

Thanks for the query

You already using medication for the allergy so there is no need for any further medication as they are contraindicated in dengue fever. The rashes will be subsequently reduce and will disappear. to know the progression of the treatment platelet count can be performed. no need for any further intervention. hope she will get fine soon
