Hello,

Thanks for posting your query.

You have provided with a good history but I need some more details to guide you better.

1. What is your age?

2. Do you have kids?

3. When did you have last menstrual period?

4. Is there any delay in periods this time?

I suggest you to do urine pregnancy test which will confirm your pregnancy.

If pregnancy is negative, we can think of other possibilities like hormonal disturbance, stress, etc.

You can get Ultrasound abdomen done to rule out other pathology.

I hope this answers your query.

Please get back to me with the answers to above questions.

Regards.

Hello,
Welcome again

If urine test is negative then you should exclude the chances of polycystic ovarian disease as you are having delayed periods.
Get your thyroid profile done.
Daily exercises and diet modification is also required.
No need to take any medicine till the diagnosis is confirmed.
I hope this answers your query
Any further query is most welcome
Take care

Hello,
Welcome back

At present you are not pregnant, do get a ultrasound scan of the abdomen done.
The scan will tell the clear picture of your uterus and ovaries.

Wish you good health.
