my XXXXXXX father and thier 3 brother off bcz of heart attack ..my fathers elder brother also met with a minor attack 5 year back now is okay ..1.5 year before my real cusion brother died because of heart attack even after that my father met with an heart attack due to blockage also in build Staunt in emergency .....I am physically fit but worried any how Seems around me. ...is there any precaution can take for it.

You are at little more risk than normal population since you have significant family history of heart attacks. However, it does not mean that all the risk is only because of family history. There are lot of other risk factors which contribute for heart attack. Main things of which include diabetes, hypertension, smoking history, increased lipid levels etc. Get checked for these things and if any of them are present, take good treatment to manage them appropriately.
