Question: Stabbing pain near spleen and nerve pain shooting around side, down in to left groin and then down inner left thigh. There is chronic splenomegaly but no cause found yet. Bloods all fine. As doctor cannot find the reason for the pain they have suggested it is all 'in my head'. 1.) is this possible? 2.) Could a free floating migrated endo clip (found on an x ray next to spleen) be the cause of the pain? thanks
