Hi
Welcome to health care magic!
The headache in your son can be due to sinusitis if it is associated with cold symptoms now or just preceding .
There are also other reasons like refracive errors in the eyes.
The nose bleeds in your son who is on claritine may be due to
1- cold or allergy itself which causes nasal irritation and spontaneous bleeding.
2- nose picking or Minor nasal truma like a ball hitting him----just check wih him for injury in the school while playing.
3- dryness due to environment or due to antihistamine ( claritine) can also cause nosebleeds.
By the way claritine also can cause mild headache in some kids when they use it for the first few times. Later they get use to it.
4- a deviated nasal septum can cause sinuitis ,nose bleeds.
Please get an ENTcheck up.
