Question: young child feveri have a two month old running a fever, how much children's tylenol can i give her?

The fever in a child of that age should be assessed and managed after a proper assessment by a personal visit.
The dose of paracetamol is 10mg/kg per dose. It can be given every 6 hours. If the child weighs 4kg then the dose would be 40mg 6hourly.
