Hi XXXXXXX

Thanks for writing to us.

Rashes in babies could be due to various causes like;
- Viral
- Allergic
- Change of temperature.

Most of the times it is self limiting and settles of its own.
If you press on the rash and it turns white it is probably not serious and you can watch it for couple of days. I would be concerned only if it is associated with fever/lethargy or cough.

You can apply calamine lotion 2 to 3 times a day and watch the progress of rash. If it persist get your baby evaluated by pediatrician for further management.

Hope this answers your query. Let me know if you have other concerns.

Wishing your baby good health.

God bless!!
