Can You Describe The Reasons For Not Having Free Urine Flow?

Question: I have a urinary problem. while Passing urine theres a kind of interference that is urine flow is not a free flow. Also the outlet drip is a two way like a spinkler cant describe u in exact medical terms.. can u help out or suggest.
