Question: Hi have high triglycerides over 500. What can i do now to lower this number.

Start taking fenofibrinate 145 mg once daily before going to bed for 3 months and level of TG would be normal.

Use olive oil in cooking.
Eat lots of fresh vegetable.
Avoid fried and fast food.
Exercise daily for 30 minutes.
