Question: Do you know if there could be an increase in seizures if a generic anticonvulsant was changed from one manufacturer to another?

There is no reason why this should happen, all the drugs whether grneric or ethical are under very strict quality control .

If a brand has X amount of drug in a particular case, the same drug with the same dose should have exactly the same efficacy although in developing countries with not so strict regulations , this may not be always the case.
