Brief Answer:
Vaccination with hepatitis A or B does not increase liver enzymes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

SGOT and SGPT are liver enzymes.
These enzymes can be elevated in viral infections like hepatitis A virus and hepatitis B virus.

However, hepatitis A and B are not the only cause of elevated liver enzymes.
SGOT and SGPT can be elevated in multiple conditions like alcoholism, liver injury due to infections, drugs, toxins etc.

Hepatitis A and B vaccination do not treat any previous infection.
These vaccinations potentiate the immunity against these infections. These vaccination do not increase the liver enzymes either.

In addition, you have also mentioned that your hemoglobin and hematocrit levels are also raised.
You are correct in visiting a hematologist.
High hemoglobin and high hematocrit are seen in a condition called polycythemia vera.

If you more queries, I'll be glad to answer.

Thanks and take care
