Brief Answer:
Possible mild irritable bowel syndrome because of stress influence

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I read it carefully and I understand your concern.

What you are describing might be a mild form of Irritated bowel syndrome. It means that this is the way your bowel reacts under stress, because it is used to sleep at night and now it has to work.

It may need some time until your body gets adjusted with the routine.
You can try to be careful of your diet by avoiding the foods that give flatulence, by drinking plenty of fluids, avoid alcohol and smoking.
Exercising during the day might help as well.
Try having the meals in the same time every day if possible.

If worse or not better, I would recommend seeing a local doctor. Diarrhea, abdominal pain would be symptoms that require a follow up.

I hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you have other questions of concerns.
Otherwise please kindly close and rate the answer.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako
