Can Smell Of Marijuana Emit From Skin?

Question: My question is I work in a environment in a close proximity to a drug sniffing dog. I would like to know if I on occasion I smoke marijuana but never at work or before work and I always shower use deodorant etc and clean clothes. Can a drug dog smell marijuana that has been metabolized and can it emit from your skin or pores sweat etc.. Thanks

I understand your concerns.

The marijuana which has been metabolized can only be detected by some specific tests in body. I don't think a dog can sniff marijuana which has been metabolised in the body. It can only sniff if there is smell on your hands, clothes etc. But as you said you use deodorants and wear clean clothes, I don't think a dog can sniff that.

Marijuana can be excreted from sweat after metabolism. It can be sometimes detected by a sweat test but it does not ooze out from skin pores.
