Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank You for the query at HealthcareMagic

Sinus Infections can present as tooth pain.
Other symptoms of sinus infection include Headache, facial pain, nasal congestion, fever etc.
Sinusitis is caused by bacterial infection of Sinuses and treated with antibiotics like Amoxicillin, which needs a prescription.
Please consult a Primary care Physician to confirm the diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

Meanwhile there are few things to help alleviate the symptoms
-Continue Advil for pain
-Steam inhalation atleast twice daily to help open up the sinuses
-Saline nasal spray and saline nasal wash to relieve nasal congestion

Hope I was able to answer your question
Please feel free to address any more concerns
