Can Silent Reflux Cause Productive Cough And Lungs Pain?

Question: hello i just wanted to know if silent reflux causes a caugh and mucus in lungs. so having a mild productive caugh?. i know it causes a sensation of post nasal drip but i just wanted to know other symptoms. aparently it can come after pneumonia and bronchitis and i think i am having some silent reflux. i just have got over pneumonia and im finding im clearing my throat all the time and feel like i have a post nasal drip. i am also having mild reflux every now and again.

i only have the post nasal drip sensation slight cough and some acid reflux after meals
