Brief Answer:
THis is still to early!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

Please, week at least for one more week before taking a pregnancy test. This would provide more trust worthy than taking it now. Two days are just too short an interval to start testing for pregnancy. Do you have any symptoms like nausea, dizziness, fatigue, vomiting, etc that may raise the suspicion of a possible pregnancy? They can be very helpful in orienting towards pregnancy or not. However, if you are so anxious about doing a pregnancy test now, go on and do one but we would have to repeat in future if this is not conclusive about pregnancy and your menses are not yet back.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Answered by Dr. Chobufo Ditah (5 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Take Tylenol for the body sores!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Sorry to hear you were fighting. Please, it is nota healthy attitude and may damage your health.

For now, I recommend Tylenol to control your aches. No pregnancy test as of now and only do so if your menses fail to come within a week from the expected date.

II wish you well and keep me updated when you have any new information or worried and need help.

Well my cycle is here... do u know why I can't get pregnant after months of trying
doctor
Answered by Dr. Chobufo Ditah (55 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
For how long have you been trying?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and happy to know your cycle is already around.

Maybe you would have expected pregnancy at this time but I know pregnancy is a game of chance. Couples try for as much as 1year before any medics would want to understand if something is wrong.

For how long have you been trying? If it is more than 1year, then we can investigate. If it is not, then I will say keep trying until you get there. For now, let me know for how long you have been trying.

Thanks and wish you well.

4 months I've been trying to concieve
doctor
Answered by Dr. Chobufo Ditah (7 hours later)
Brief Answer:
4months is a short time..Continue for a minimum of another 8 months!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

4months is very short and doesn't fit the description of infertility. I will suggest that you continue to make at least 1year before seeking for any further medical attention. Remember to maintain a good body mass index, eat healthy, exercise often and take folic acid before you get pregnant. This would help protect you and the baby for long periods.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and feel free to ask for more information if need be.
