Brief Answer:
Please do get a urine pregnancy test

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Chances of pregnancy are there even if the semen is deposited around the vagina.
Delayed periods can be due to pregnancy or hormonal disorders like hypothyroidism, hyperprolactinemia or polycystic ovarian disease, or due to stress.
I will suggest her to get a urine pregnancy test to confirm the diagnosis, if positive then she can take medical method of abortion to terminate the pregnancy, under the guidance of a registered medical practitioner.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you both good health.

Brief Answer:
Meprate

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, if her periods are regular, then intercourse 3 days prior to periods is usually in safe period, but she should get a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy before taking any medicine for withdrawal bleeding.
If the test is negative then she can take meprate tablet for 5 days to induce periods.
