Can Pre-ejaculate Cause Pregnancy Despite Practicing Withdrawal Method?

Question: How likely is it to become pregnant from pre ejaculation? I had unprotected sex last night but he pulled out and ejaculatd on my lower stomach. What is the likelihood of getting pregnant from pre ejaculation or the ejaculation getting into my vaginal canal? I'm not sure if I'm ovulating because I took Plan B a few weeks ago and it could delay my ovulation, right?
What are my chances of becoming pregnant?

Even though I'm usually 28 days regular with my periods, I'm not sure if the plan b pill messed with my cycle and I'm ovulating? Because of the circumstances involving the actual sexual act, there is little chance?
