Question: Can you jog after total knee replacement. Can you do squats with weights after total knee replacement.

Knee replacement generally requires comprehensive rehabilitation. If you complete a full course of rehabilitation then it is likely possible that you can start brisk walking and jogging as well.

regarding squats, this is also a possibility but would recommend that you start with very light weights to begin with.

As with any exercise regimen following a joint replacement we recommend that you discuss this with your orthopedic specialist before beginning any type of exercise regimen.
