Lymphocyitic colitis definitely cant lead to any kind of leukemia and these 2 disorders are not related at all.
Lymph. colitis means that there is bowel mucosal inflammation where mainly lmyphocytes are found on hystologic analysis.the exact cause is unknown but treatment is similar to any other diarrhea treatment.
Leukemia is something completely different and lymphocytic leukemia means that there is rapid increase of lymphocytes in blood caused by blood cancer.
