Question: After attending a very loud concert, having used foam ear plugs, two days later experienced faint dizziness and lack of balance. My right ear does not feel right--no pain, but slight ringing. I am female, 70 years old, take medication for blood pressure, am normal weight and active. YYYY@YYYY

You are having sound induced tinnitus. It can usually take up to 10 days to disappear. Avoid any further noise trauma.
Get a pure tone audiometry and send me the report.
Start taking tablet vitamin b12 1500 micrograms once daily.
Follow up with the reports so that I can prescribe you accordingly.
