Thanks for writing to us.

If you are living only on coffee just to lose weight then it is more unlikely that you will resume your periods. You are already a diagnosed case of PCOD in which the periods are not regular. Without taking a healthy diet your body is gradually becoming deficient in essential elements. You might be anaemic. All these reasons further stop the periods even if you take a hormone therapy the withdrawal bleeding is not likely to occur.

It seems that you are only cutting on your diet to lose weight whereas an increased regular exercise is also equally important.
Losing weight does need patience and persistence so as to maintain the weight that you achieve after diet control and exercise.
