Can Leg Numbness Be Due To Poor Blood Circulation In The Leg?
Question: Hi,
my husband has a problem of blood circulation i guess. Whenever he sits with crossed legs or in any other position for more than 3 mins. he feels that blood circulation is his legs has stopped and its like some sensation in the legs.
please help me in this problem.

Yes numbness can be due to decreased blood circulation. I would like to know some more information like is he diabetic or hypertensive. Does he smoke or drink to give you better suggestions.
I would suggest you to get a Doppler test for leg to measure the amount of blood flow to his legs. Vascular blood flow study can detect abnormal blood flow within the artery or blood vessel.
