Question: My siblings have gotten a small rash on hands, lega and feet. It is safe to assume allergy and give some benadryl?

Here is a picture. Looks like it might have started yesterday and is spreading to legs and abdomen. Its itchy really getting bumpier.

Thanks for query .
It looks like scabies or allergic rash.
If it is itchy, more at night, and there is similar problem to someone in the family it is more likely scabies.
Try permethrin lotion for application over whole body below neck after consulting a doctor.
Also soothing agent like calamine along with oral antihistamine such as hydroxyzine hydrochloride can be given.
With above treatment both allergic or scabies rash can be treated.
