Food poisoning usually depends upon what kind of microbes are present in the food.
It can vary from simple vomiting or diarrhea to more fatal results.
Usually the effect of food poisoning stays confined to gastrointestinal tract only.
But due to loss of liquids and other important ions from body, it might result in tachycardia, palpitations. Rarely it can cause worse effects like arrhythmia. But nothing more than that unless the food contains poisonous material which is cardiotoxic which again is rare.
Mostly these food poisoning effects wear off on its own in a day or 2 as it is usually caused by preformed toxins by bacteria which are present in food. But if microbes are present in food then it might result in prolonged effects and might need antibiotics for treatment. If the said patient has effects for more than a day time it will be better to consult a doctor for the same.

Food poisoning per se won't have any effects on hiatus hernia and esophagitis. The recurrent vomiting if occurs will irritate the esophageal walls and might worsen the condition. It can exacerbate the erosion and might as well cause bleeding.
But it will be only after recurrent vomiting episodes and not just because of food poisoning occurred.
So to conclude, if vomiting is present both the conditions you mentioned can worsen and cause bleeding or pain and other symptoms.
If bleeding is heavy you better show to a gastroenterologist to do an endoscopy and manage the bleeding under vision. If its minimal it may stop on its own if the vomiting stops.
