Brief Answer: kindly reply few questions. Detailed Answer: Hello, Kindly reply few questions so that I can guide you further: How many times were you pregnant? How were the previous babies delivered? - through normal vaginal route or did you had to undergo caesarean? Did you ever feel this before your delivery? Do you have any associated complaints like increased frequency of urination or burning urination or bowel symptoms? Can you describe the consistency of the ball like thing which you feel? is it soft/ hard/firm? Do you have any associated vaginal discharge? Awaiting your response. Regards Arif

Brief Answer: could be bartholin or gartners cyst. Detailed Answer: Hi, I apologize for the late response; I was away from my computer due to unavoidable reasons. Coming back to your question, after analyzing your answers I feel the mass could be some benign thing like bartholin cyst or could be garners cyst. It is unlikely to be any foreign body as you are not having any vaginal complaints like foul smelling vaginal discharge or fever or pain. What I suggest you is get examined by an OBGY specialist, you need a per-speculum examination to rule out above condition or to know the exact cause for this lump. Depending on the condition you need treatment. Please ask if you have more questions. If you are satisfied, please make sure that your ACCEPT my answer so that I receive credit. Good luck!!

Brief Answer: Could be haemorrhoids Detailed Answer: Hi, Thank you for the follow up question. Your ball like feel in the vagina is totally unrelated with the present complaint. I feel your bleeding during stools could be due to HEMORRHOIDS or also known as piles. It is painless bleeding. Hemorrhoids can be seen more in pregnant women or after pregnancy and who have constipation problem. Sometimes even you can feel the bulge of veins around your anus. If this is your first episode I just advise you to take high fiber diet, drink lots of water, avoid constipation, avoid straining during defecation. It should be alright within a week,so that the exposed veins gets healed up. If the symptoms recur, kindly visit a surgeon, they will do a per rectal examination and find out the exact cause, if it is a fissure or just hemorrhoids. Please ask if you have more questions. If you are satisfied, please make sure that your ACCEPT my answer so that I receive credit. Good luck!!
