Can Elevated Eosinophils Level Cause Low Grade Fever?

Question: Hi my eoisinopihll count is 11% and generally have a low grade body temperature of 99°towards the evening .all other tests are normal .what is the reason for this low grade temperature ?is this because if high eoisanohill .I don't have any cough cold . what should I do ?should I take banocide forte as my doc has prescribed it

Hi I have dust allergy and I start sneezing .sometimes if I move out of an air-conditioned room to non air-condition ,I start sneezing . I had tuberculosis 20 years back .I get cough and cold often .but right now I don't have any cough and cold
